Pulitzer Prize winning play coming to USAO stage | Arts & Culture
Title (Max 100 Charaters)
A national theater company will be making its way to a local stage next week with a dramatic tale of accusations and doubt.
The Montana Repertory Theatre is scheduled to perform the Pulitzer Prize winning play "Doubt" on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.
Visitors will be able to head to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma's Te Ata Memorial Auditorium to contemplate the line between right and wrong.
"Doubt" is based on accusations of an adult violating a child's innocence. With those accusations in the open, it asks if there is every room for doubt when the safety of a child is at stake.
The play allows the audience to draw his or her own conclusions about what happened.
The cast features two professional actors and two student actors from the University of Montana.
"Doubt" won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Play in 2005.
Tickets are $12 for the general public, $10 for seniors, $4 for students and $3 for USAO students.
To purchase tickets, call (405) 574-1213.
